Our National Philanthropy is Breast Cancer Education and Awareness

Zeta Omega Passes out various pink ribbons, shower cards, and information on how to prevent breast cancer throughout the year
Our Goal is to teach women how to prevent breast cancer, how to be prepared, and give support to those who have been affected by breast cancer.

Zeta Omega is Hosted its 5th Annual Pink Ribbon 5K,

April 10th 2010

Each Spring Zeta Omega hosts a 5K walk/run in the "Quad" of Ferris State University.  This years race was the biggest one we've had yet!  With over 200 registered participants and some awesome prizes donated by private donors and local businesses, this would NOT have been possible. Each spring we gather some pretty cool prizes for the raffle at the end and breakfast and a T-Shirt (T-Shirt for pre-registered participants only) is provided for participants, the cost is included in the registration fee. We hope to see you next year!  We apologize for forgotten loop on the race track, it will be there next year.
Breast Cancer Month 
      This past October various fund raising events were held in order to raised money for Breast Cancer Education and Awareness! Among the fund raising efforts was the Yoplait pink lid collection in which Zeta Omega collected 1,368 pink lids along with over $700 raised from other events!  The picture below was take at "Battle at the Ballpark" where Ferris state played against Grand Valley in football, the girls helped tailgaters be aware!
